Bookmobile Summer Reading Club Storytimes

The Bookmobile held its first storytimes this summer as part of the Summer Reading Club in Walhachin, Spences Bridge, Birch Island and Vavenby.

Walhachin:

The historic Walhachin Community Hall

Spences Bridge:

The Storytime was held on the Post Office grounds in Spences Bridge.

The crafts included a drum and a rock star to go with the Summer Reading Club theme Reading Rocks!

Birch Island:

Marie Dee of Dee's Service kindly provided her backyard and some much-appreciated refreshments on a hot summer day.
